Beer 365- #110 Dogfish Head Theobroma
Pours a rusty orange with thin white head. Nose is intricate, honey, spice, sweet malt. Medium bodied with limited liveliness. First few sips were to cold and reminded a bit of a scotch ale. As it warmed the spice from the chilies came through as well as some dusty cocoa notes. The flavors overall were dark and rustic. Nice sipper once, not sure that I would go back for another. (9% ABV)
