Beer 365- #182 Innis & Gunn Oak Aged Beer
The color is obvious since it comes in a clear bottle (yikes). Burnt golden with thin, hard to find off white head. Very complex nose of vanilla, scotch, toasty oak, butter. Mouth is firm and still. The flavors paired nicely with the nose, vanilla, butterscotch candy nice and sweet but not over the top. The finish is mildly sweet and very inviting. (6.6% ABV)

    Wow, what a different, interesting, surprising beer. Not what I was expecting. Nice vanilla notes and a pleasant lingering honey-like sweetness.
