Beer 365- #194 Erdinger Weissbier Dunkel
Pours a dark brown with very reactive dirty white head. Roast malt nose with bits of clove, banana and bread thrown in for good measure. Mouth is light with more than ample carbonation. Slightly wheaty malt at first that transitions just to malt, notes of spicy banana pop up near the finish. (5.6% ABV)
