A Visit From Willett Distillery

Many thanks to Drew (Master Distiller) at Willett Distillery for stopping by and signing a few bottles for us!

Noah's Mill: "Surprisingly elegant at 114.3 Proof, which is perhaps odd to say about a whiskey at near-barrel strength, but it drinks more like a 100 Proof Bourbon Whiskey. You get the rye showing its face on the front end with a nice creaminess and subtlety on the back end." ~(Distillery Notes)

Rowan Creek: "Starts out with great spicy, minty notes & when water is added the nose makes you want to set up a tent in the woods! Classic caramel & vanilla notes shine on the palate with light cedar & more mint notes prevailing at the end." ~(Distillery Notes)

Willett Pot Still Reserve:
"Very floral on the nose with wonderful citrus notes; more citrus on the palate with loads of honey & then turning quite herbal on the finish. An incredibly different and inviting array of aromas & flavors when water is added!
" ~(Distillery Notes)
