Beer 365 #208- Lindemans Framboise Lambic
Pours a dark ruby red with pink head. Nose is all sweet and sour raspberries with hints of spice. Mouth is light with lacking carbonation. The flavor follows the nose to a T. Unfortunately the raspberry flavor seem processed and fabricated. Great with flourless chocolate cake. (4% ABV)
