Kosher Wine: More Than Manischewitz

Once upon a time, not so long ago, your choice of Kosher wine was limited to little more than Manischewitz. Today, there are a number of wineries offering wine that is kosher for Passover. Kosher wines are wines produced under a strict set of rules sanctioned by Jewish law. To receive Kosher certification wines are made under the watchful eye of a Rabbi. Throughout the vinification process only Sabbath observing Jews can be involved in the production of the wine.
