This weekend Ancona's Wine of Ridgefield is hosting a tasting to benefit Housatonic Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit housing organization. Their mission is to eliminate poverty housing from the greater Danbury area by mobilizing the local community to provide responsible home ownership opportunities to deserving families with limited income.The tasting will take place at Ancona's Wines at 720 Branchville Rd. in Ridgefield from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Proceeds from the sale of tasting wines will be donated to Housatonic Habitat for Humanity.
