Hot days and warm nights call for light wines that will not weigh you
down. Beat the heat and humidity with an invigorating white or a lively
rosé. A chilled red wine can be ultra refreshing and pairs beautifully
with grilled meat. Our staff has selected an assortment of their
favorite wines to revitalize and energize your palate. Cheers!
Mitch uses this Cava to practice for his upcoming event, One for the Books.
He will attempt to beat the world record for most bottles of Champagne
opened with a sabre in one minute. Proceeds will benefit The Ridgefield
Library. Click here for more information on this event.

When
it's 70 degrees I drink white wine. When it's 80 degrees I drink rose.
And when it's 90 degrees I drink Vinho Verde. This particular Vinho
Verde is one of my favorites because of its very subtle citrus
qualities, spritziness, searing acidity. Pair with sunshine, shellfish,
and crustations.

The
wine is fermented in glass-lined underground vats and spends 7 months
on its lees. The result is a refreshing light, dry white with lemon zest
aromas and delicate white flowers, a little creamy melon shows through
midway, finishing with focused mineraled acidity that firmly supports
this wine's lythe body. Serve with clams, crabs and oysters.
