delightful treat during a Port tasting we hosted a few months ago. It
was an instant hit and an excellent introduction to the world of Port
wine. Portonics are perfect for parties, barbecues or sunny afternoons
with friends.
In a highball glass filled with ice pour 1 part Dow's Fine White Port and 2 parts Q Tonic. Garnish with lemon wedge. If you are feeling adventurous add a splash of pomegranate juice for a unique twist.
