When I visited Paris a few weeks back my daughter Alex had one request, she wanted a picture of the Eiffel Tower. I'm thankful for her request or else I probably wouldn't have gone and experienced this awesome iconic architecture.

The Man In The Can Is.......Jerome Rebetez. Jerome
is the warped mastermind behind the exquisitely twisted Swiss brewery
BMF (Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes). BMF is known for their off axis
brews that are extremely complex . I had the pleasure of trying his "Douze" the other night. This
Belgian pale ale is brewed with Fleur de sel de Guerande, which is a
hand harvested sea salt -- I told you they were off axis. I loved it,
but it's not for the faint of heart, it's chock full of "bretty" funk
(think horse blanket). Yummy!

Brunello Bananza
Argiano was the big winner last night at our Brunello tasting. Both their rosso and Brunello were the crowd favorites. (La Poderina Brunello was a close second, and my personal favorite). Want to taste them yourself? Swing by our Wilton store this weekend to sample the La Poderina, and our Ridgefield store to try the Argiano.
