Calling all wine and beer lovers! Dive into an incredible assortment of German wine and Oktoberfest beer at Ancona's Deutsch-a-palooza on Thursday, September 17th.
Ancona's wine director will pour Riesling from the BEST vineyard site in Germany, Dr. Thanisch Bernkasteler. These delicious vinos are l-e-g-e-n-d-a-r-y. And, according to Codey, can even cure the common cold. While he preaches the magical healing powers of "The Dr.", Ancona's resident beer guru, Julia, will sample full bodied, rich Oktoberfest brews from Erdinger, Sierra Nevada, Thomas Hooker, and Ayinger.
Corks and caps pop at 5pm at Ancona's Wines in Ridgefield. It's open house style, so grab a few friends and stop by any time. Lederhosen not required, but encouraged. Prost!
