White Burgundy Review: 2010 Domaine Michel Cheveau Pouilly Fuisse "Les Trois Terroirs"

It is no secret that Burgundy is home to many sensational, well-bred whites. Each taking on the exquisite personality, or 'terroir', of their respected vineyard. There’s something about Burgundy... a certain 'je ne sais quoi' that keeps me coming back for more. At our most recent staff meeting we tasted the 2010 Domaine Michel Cheveau Pouilly Fuisse "Les Trois Terroirs". It is classic in style, boasting the finesse and elegance Burgundy is known for. This particular vintage is remarkably pure. Its mellow acidity and refined, graceful nature makes it an excellent option as the season transitions from Summer to Fall. ~Jackie
